JOIN AS A STALL HOLDER
- Express your interest in participating in Light Up Old Bar by completing an Expression of Interest form. Saturday 21 December 2024 | 3PM-8PM By booking a site at Light Up Old Bar, you’re not just booking into an event – you’re gaining a marketing partnership! Light Up Old Bar organisers want all our Stall Holder businesses to be successful and are committed to working hard to assist their amazing products and services gain the fame they deserve! In the months and weeks leading up to the Light Up Old Bar event on Saturday 21st December 2024 confirmed Stall Holders will have the opportunity to promote their unique products, gifts and talents via four of Light Up Old Bar online platforms.

- All stall holders need to supply copies of PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE of $20million
- All stall holders need to supply copies of FOOD CERTIFICATES, for food trucks and homemade goodies
- All liquour stalls need to supply copies of LIQUOUR CERTIFICATES to sell sealed products - no achole to be sold for consumption on the day of the event.

- FEES PER STALL * Booked and paid by 30 September 2024 - $50 * Booked and paid by 31 October 2024 - $65 * Booked and paid after 31 October 2024 - $75
